Please note - it is always possible that with enough notice and item availability, Chef Chad and his team may be able to create custom items to cover a wide variety of needs, tastes, and food sensitivities.

Roof Deck

This space accommodates up to 125 guests.

Our top floor Roof Deck features breathtaking, uninterrupted, scenic views of Shem Creek with its many leisure boaters, dolphins, and other wildlife all with the iconic Ravenel Bridge in the distance. The Roof Deck features sun sails, a full-service bar, big screen TV, and access to dedicated Private Bathrooms.

Food & Beverage Minimums : $6,000 Monday to Thursday, and $10,000 Friday, Saturday & Sunday (March to October) and $4,500 Weekday and $6,000 Weekend (November to February). Please note - this space is weather-permitting!

TAVERN LOUNGE & VERANDA

THE TAVERN LOUNGE:

This space accommodates up to 30 guests.

Our beautiful Tavern Lounge features picture window views of Shem Creek, high top tables, and the beautiful bar itself - custom crafted from one solid piece of live-white-oak. All of these elements combine with vaulted ceilings to provide a true "tavern" feel. This intimate space also offers big screen TVs for slideshows, presentations, or watching the big game. The Tavern Lounge can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests for cocktail & hors d'oeuvre receptions and is the perfect casual space for holiday parties, birthday parties, or any other intimate celebration.

Food & Beverage Minimum: $2,000 Weekday / $3,000 Weekend.

VERANDA:

This space accommodates up to 40 guests.

Our Veranda is a private outdoor creekside covered porch that wraps around the outside of our Lounge. This space features spectacular views of Shem Creek, as well as the Ravenel Bridge, and can accommodate up to 40 people for cocktails & hors d'oeuvres.

Food & Beverage Minimum : $2,500 Weekday and $3,000 Weekend.


Our Tavern Lounge & Veranda can be combined for a unique indoor/outdoor event space which can accommodate up to 75 people.
Food & Beverage Minimum : $4,000 Weekday and $5,500 Weekend

PRIVATE DINING AREA

This space accommodates up to 42 guests.

Our Private Dining Area is an intimate event space with wall to wall windows overlooking Shem Creek, period mill artifacts displayed throughout, and a big screen TV to connect to for slideshows. This is perfect for anyone seeking a more formal sitdown dining experience with family & friends to celebrate or just come together, as well as for business dinners or meetings.

Food & Beverage Minimums: $3’000 Weekday and $4,000 Weekend.

Faq

Available directly out front in our private parking lot.

We do require a 20% deposit to confirm a booking. Unfortunately this is due to the high demand for certain areas within the restaurant and the organic flow of business.

We do not charge room rental fees for private events. However, we do require that you meet your contracted Food & Beverage Minimum for the requested day & time. We base your event time to be a 2.5 hour average.

To prevent additional fees, you will need to meet or exceed your Food & Beverage Minimum. Your food & beverage minimum is calculated on the usual organic business that would have taken place in your desired area.

You may cancel your event with at least two weeks prior notice to the event start time with no cancellation fee applied. If you cancel your event less than two weeks in advance but with greater than one week prior notice to the event start time, you will be charged 50% of the three cancellation fees outlined below. If you cancel your event with less than one week prior notice to the event start time, you will be charged 100% of the three cancellation fees outlined below.
